How to exercise your rights
Email [email protected] with the subject "GDPR Request" and describe what you need. We may ask you to verify your identity. We respond within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests, and we will tell you if that happens. Requests are free unless they are clearly unfounded or excessive.
International transfers
Some of our service providers, including hosting, email and advertising partners, may process data outside the EEA or UK, such as in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and server logs for up to 90 days. Data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.
Consent management
EEA and UK visitors are shown a consent banner before non-essential cookies are set. You can change your choices at any time from the cookie settings link or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, please contact us first so we can resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, or with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.
